Blown Tranny Aode

Hello everyone, Ive been reading for a few weeks now and decided to post. My question was. My 94 5.0 auto stang just blew its tranny. I wanted to know if a 92 tranny would work in it. The 92 is not an AODE it is an AOD will it work with out problems. Also will it bolt up to my 5.0 engine. The engines look physicaly the same. </P>
