Default Hatch Release add-on

ok, i have tried using the search to find what i am looking for but was not successful. I have a 86 GT T-Top that does not have any power options. What i am looking to do it swap over the power hatch release system from my 87 parts car that does have it to my 86. Does anyone have a wiring diagram from either both years or can draw me one up? Eventually i'm gonna make this car a fully option car but this is my starting point. i hate it when i forget to pop the hatch first before starting it and letting it run while i put the t-tops in the bags and secure them. Then to only turn it off and pop the hatch then restart...... Thanks

Start tearin apart the 87 and just take note of where the wiring harnesses run. Your probably going to have to change the hatch locking mechanism. Fun fun. Make sure it's bolted on right or you will have issues with the hatch not releasing as easily as it should.
