First post here so sry if its a tiring subject. I got a 95 GT that runs great but when sitting for about 10 sec or more at a light when i take off a puff of blue smoke rolls out of left pipe. Any ideas what it may be? This is my first mustang also and i love it.

it may be coming from the heads, could also be a ring or worn rings. I have seen someone replace valve stem seals twice before narrowing down to a ring.

Make a line on topside of sparkplug on offending side. Take plugs out if deposit is on plug even with line replace valve seals. Deposit all over plug most likely rings. Do compression test. Disable ignition check compression. If low add teaspoon of oil to cylinder compression jumps up to normal needs rings.
