Default EFI TO CARB CONVERSION???

I want to buy an '88 302. It's EFI and I'd like to convert it to carb. so I can run it in my '84. Am I looking at a big headache? What all should I be worried about? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What are you buying with the 88's 302 and what do you have done to your 84? It is a simple job really especially since you are starting with a car that is carbed anyway.

Ok then just take your intake, carb, and dizzy out and put them in the other motor. You will prolly have to change your plug wires to the HO firing order.

Yes it is that easy. Don't forget to use your timing cover also if you are still running a mechanical fuel pump. You are not going to see much of a performance gain from swapping the motors just so you know...... I would save the block and do a H/C/I swap on it before you put it in the car.
