Angry Coolant rail leak!?

So, I've seen (2) coolant rails leak (In the last month) between the rail and the fitting that screws into the manifold. This isn't a lack of thread sealer issue, if you know the fitting you know the rail can move seperate of the fitting/bolt. If you know it's also a pain in the a** to take off. REALLY FLUSTERED with this, I hate to go get one from a junk yard just to have the same problem and I don't see any "online upgrades" that address this apparent "weak link". I'm thinking about taking the piece of sh*t out and running a hose all the way to the heater core! Any similar issues or anyone know an alternative solution to fix this?

it's not supposed to move seperate from anything after its tight. it works just like a brake line. a free-floating threaded piece that screws into the manifold, while the tubing itself is the seal.

Well i have a hard time beliving that because unlike the brake caliper, the manifold has no tapered seat to tighten a flared surface against...

If you remove it and just run a heater hose to the core, you'll have to relocate the temp sensor somewhere else.
