i will be doing the same thing so let me know how it goes with you. like you said no junk parts. i have a strange spool, 9in ends, and 33spline axles

I have driven on the street with a spool in every street car I have owned.Make wider turns,don't try to pull into a parking space like you are in a limited slip car.Most of my friends cars also have spools.Its cheaper and no clutches or cones to wear out.
