Default Will this distributor fit?? HELP!

Alright, long story short, my car doesnt fire on all cylinders and im short on cash. I was told the block in my car is a factory roller block from 89, but i dont have any proof besides the b303 roller cam. I found a local guy with a stock distributor from a 85 with roller gear, will it work? What should i do? Please help...

personally i'd see which cylinders are misfiring and trace to the root cause, instead of slapping a part in hopes it'll fix the issue
