Possible pressure plate or throw out bearing problem?

Ah. I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. I got lucky and after adjusting the nut at the Clutch Fork, it's shifting with ease. Still time for a new cable though.
Now, a LOT of pressure is needed to push the clutch down. What could that problem be? I'd like it to be nice and smooth.

Not sure if it's a stock clutch or not, but I do know it's new. We discovered that when rebuilding the engine.
When I say rough, I mean it even feels like it's scraping against something, and sometimes it'll stick. D=

Bad and Good news
I replaced my throw-out bearing - YAY
It didn't fix it - BOOOO
I found the problem - YAY
The bellhousing wasnt securely bolted to the motor so the trans was kinda sitting at a angle and it would cause contact which was causing the noise i was hearing
