When it rains my car puddles up in the back floor boards but it is not from the windows. Where should I start and what should I check?

sit inside the car and have someone hose it down.............

It is probably leaking through the quarter windows, the back window, or along the seams. Do what Mattdel said get in and hose her down. But Verts should not be left in the rain for long periods of time. No matter what ya do new top or not these old cars leak a lil.

most likely the weatherstripping but hose it down and look for points of entry
