Default 4cyl cluster for a 5.0

A 91-93 4 cyl gauge cluster will not work correctly in a 93 5.0 (without EFI) because the tach will be wrong, correct? Would that be the only issue? I bring this up because when I get home at the end of the month I am going junk yard shopping to get a couple of missing pieces and 9 times out of 10 I won't find a 5.0 cluster and I just need something to get some of my readings. I already have an aftermarket tach, mech oil pressure gauge, and temp gauge to watch the important stuff so its not an absolutly needed thing right now, just an idea.
