im about to put a cobra upper n lower intake manifold on.but all i have is the upper.lower manifold. is there anything else i need besides gaskets? like sometype of vacuum hoses or special tubes? also, will my stock throttle body work with this manifold? i would hate to take it all apart and realize i need sumtn else u know? any feedback would be sweet!

all the old stuff will work, but you'll be necking down and intake and won't see any gain whatsoever

cobr intakes have a cast egr, that is opened up at 65mm

by putting your 55mm stuff, it chokes it out... but it's easy to swap out later and the intake itself is a pretty lenghty job, so get it done and put the bigger maf and TB later

everything else from your old manifold should work on the cobra

change the PCV valve while your in there, possibly do a adj fp reg since it will be open now, and make sure you use RTV on the cork gaskets... some people don't even use the corks, just a lot of rtv

thanks man, seems like yur answering all my questions today!! lol i have plans of getting the other stuff, but the manifold is what i actualy have.i appreciate it tho.seems like its kinda quite on here today.
