Fun and weird way to check for exhaust leaks:

Run SEAFOAM and stick your head under the car

now that i think about it, with new exhaust piping it has like a film on it and when its first run it kinda burns off and smells really bad and strong and that smell made me sick. it takes a couple days to go away though.

You definitely have a leak somewhere if the smell is that strong. I had a leak on my '92 and I couldn't understand why I felt like a million bucks when I left the house and 10 minutes later when I pulled up at the gym I was lightheaded and nauseous. Get it checked out right away, that **** ain't good for your brain or your lungs. I can't smell the rich exhaust stink my '93 makes at all inside the car either driving or at a light. If it's running and I'm standing behind it it's pretty strong though, especially when she's warmed up to operating temperature...
