my ceramic headers, seem to be developing change in color? like just gettings little round spots where is a different shade of chrome color? if u know what i mean.. is this normal?

cheap coating im sure, because they are a no name ebay header, but for 250$ canadian, shipped. i couldnt say no. next time its long tubes anyways.
