Default getting a 4cyl cable to work with a v8

my firend told me i can make the 4cyl cable work with the v8. i was wondering if neone has rigged the 4cyl bracket to work like this and how you did it.

the bracket that hold the accelerator cable to the TB. i need to know if i can modify the 4cyl one to fit on the v8

your topic says cable, your posts say bracket.

what do you want or need help with?
i have a V8 bracket if you need it.

The problem with it is length. The 4 cylinder's throttle cable bracket is closer to the drivers side of the car, the v8's has to travel behind the intake to the passenger side of the car & have a 90 degree bend before going where it needs to go. I've tried it & came no where close. I'm not gonna say it's not possible, but it's not possible with me attempting it & I'm all about fabricating or doing what I have to do to make something work to save on cost. Maybe someone out there has had better luck.

yeh my buddy has done a few swaps and told me he has done it. ended up finding the cable and bracket at a local junkyeard for $25 which was work it to me haha

i ended up getting one out of a GT car at the local junkyard. $25 said i wasnt going to bother making it work haha
