Default Quick cam question

Hey guys I have a 86 convertible was orig a v6 and was converted to a 302 carb not sure the year of the motor. But any ways i was looking into a cam to put in to give it a really nice sound does any one have any suggestions as to what i should put in. I was looking into a F303 cam but how does that work with a stock motor? I am looking to buy it off summit or ebay so please if you suggest a cam if you dont mind throw me the link to it too please.

Thanks a lot =)

I don't use ots cams for obvious reasons, only custom grinds

if your selling it why spend any money on it...?? if all you want is sound/lope, go for the f-cam, but cam swaps require valvetrain/spring upgrade when switching to performance oriented cams

no you can't just put a performance cam in with out spring swap, if you do risk valve float, poor performance and potential innacurate valvetrain geometry....this is engine building 101

I just want to add a mild cam many people say they have added the F303 cam with stock head components and you wont do any motor damage.
