good combination
 

im looking for a good h/c/i combination. i can only spend about 1200 bucks. anything i can get out there for this? what do you recomend? i am eventually going to rebuild the motor to a 331 i just want to add like 50hp to my stock block 5.0. whats the best way to do this without spending a ton? i am leaving for college soon so cant spend to much

With a $1200 limit I would say Explorer intake GT40 heads and then a ca, based on your rear end gear and trans type/converter. you should be able to find all the parts and still have money left for a nice valve job on the heads, if you buy all used parts.
