Exhaust valve rocker arm is a little loose, not floping around all crazy but i can wiggle it if i try, it makes noise when the engine is running. All others are tight and make no noise. I checked the torque and its the same as the rest of them, I tried tightening it more but its still loose and still makes noise. What could it be? A bent valve? A bent push rod? Any advice is much appreciated.

pull that pushrod and check to see if its bent.

are you stud mount or pedistal RR's or stock rockers?

Im still running stock rockers, If the push rod is bent can I pull one from my other motor and be ok?

maybe the lifter is collapsed, and fyi hydraulic pressure pumps them up and with motor not running, you won't have hydraulic pressure so lifter bleed off will occur and rockers can often feel loose but once , varooooooooom occurs, they pump up and lash is taken up

Put pushrod on flat surface, now roll. If it is bent it will be obvious.
