yes my brothers 69 cougar was stripped to bare metal and painted with POR15 then top coated with por15s sandable primer its been outside in the weather for about 3 years now no surface rust

POR 15 seems to be impervious to heat, cold, rust and time is about the best I can describe the product.

yeah i had a milk jug that had por15 in it, i stomped the milk jug the jug broke and the por15 stayed attached and held the 2 halves together :P


yosfynest11190 its good to have a turkey baster to suck the POR15 out of the can so you dont get any on the lids mating surface cause if you do its not coming apart :P

if you pour out of the can you can put plastic wrap inbetween the lid and can, if you forget to do this your gonna have to poke a hole in the can to use the rest lol
