I meant what components...ie...all gaskets, hardware heads, cam intake and any other thing needed?? as far as flow you can't always base your purchase on such unless the combo is designed/matched to take full advantage of all the head has to offer, TFS AND AFR are two top competitors IMO

There is nothing wrong with either kit other than its a little pricey... but your getting every thing you need.... Not sure how someone can call it garbarge... The heads are good and the intake is great.. nothing wrong with the cam either... I guess the other items could be a little better but what do expect in a kit. All on all its not a bad alternative to piecing one together at least you know the componets are going to complement each other.
