Default Power seat issues??

I have a 92 GT. I raised up my driver side seat to clean under it now it wont go back down. It still moves front to back, but not up or down. Anyone know the fix for this? Thanks

Can you hear the motor working? If not, try and put direct power to the motor via a jumper wire and make it move that way.

unbolt the seat and manually turn the cables, the plastic ends are probably shot

also while you have it out, wipe the worm gears that make the movements and then regrease them. It happend to mine a while back and it was just a dust bunny that got sucked up.
