Default Stud Mount Rockers without machining

I don't remember if this is true but isn't there a way to use stud mount rockers without getting your heads machined and what not? I think I remember reading about a set of studs to adapt them. I'm still using the GT40's but I picked up a set of RR from my brother that is missing one. I don't know what brand they are either.

they make conversion kits but the weak link is that the base still has to srew into the 5/16 hole where the pedastal bolts did

Here's an article and 1 link, but I did have trouble finding a link to the kit. I have them on my 351W in a F150, and they work fine, but it doesn't see anything over 5500rpm. I would imagine they are just as strong as the original pedistals, so they should be good to at least 6000rpm?.

MY 92 HAS THEM , but they were on the heads when I bought them and I used a roller tip rocker from comp that had shields on the side that keeps it on the tip
