Default jersey/exhaust/cats/inspection

i live in south jersey and new jersey is really strict with inspections i bought my 90 gt with an exhaust already on it it have long tube headers, what it looks to be a custom made off-road x-pipe with flowmaster mufflers and they dump off right before the rear. Now i can't get it inspected because it's not legal any ideas of what to do i was thinking of buying universal cats and cut the pipe and put them on but there's only like 9 inches between the headers and the x on the x-pipe can i put them behind the x or does anyone kno where i can get it inspected. any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm from south Jersey...Toms River area. I have the stock H pipe with the stock 4 cat setup and stock shortys if your interested..I know you have long tubes..youll never pass with those. I had a 87 mustang GT with 2 catted H pipe and my smog pump and everything, instead of the stock 4 cat setup..I barely passed. and my car was stock and running mint. They probe test and if you got Lt's x pipes and dumps theres not much you can do but ditch the setup your better off finding your own sticker if you know what i mean . I know where you can get a sticker for cheap
