finish upgrade can't get it stater, Koer results Help
 

Here is the Koer results after 2 weeks trying to figure it out what could be the problem but seems to be Ok.

Why is the 6-9 twice, please could anyone tells me what these codes means ?

How does one get key on engine running codes when engine will not run? 29 69 are for vehicle speed sensor. 51 coolant temperature switch (not up to operating temperature?) 11 system pass. Engine will not run? More information needed.

yes I just finish my upgrade, complete head & cam TF stage 2, upper & lower cobra intake, TB 70 MM, new oil pump High Volume, new water pump High flow, injectors remain the same,new fuel rail with regulator, new MSD Dist complete, Msd coil and MSD 6 AL, upgrade the ECU to a mass air (from an 1989) new rockers arm, new spark plug autolite pregap @ 0.045, I think that's all if I am not missing something.
I checked for spark it was Ok, I check for fuel on the relief valve and is there but I am not sure about the PSI I guess I have to get a gauge. What else could I check for ? please help me. !
