hey im looking for both of my lower contro arms if you guys can point me in the right direction tha would be great also i need lowering springs an inch

If you can still find them, the front control arms found on the 5.0 police Mustangs are a step up from the standard 5.0 control arms. I've got them on my open track road racer.

i used UPR A-arms in my 89.. although i did the whole k-member swap as well. also picked up a coilover kit from UPR with lakewood shocks, and the coilovers made it adjustable height, up or down about 2"... which was nice when i wanted to dial it in at the track.. or make it look like a street rod with the front end dropped lower than the rear

If you just want lower control arms, you need to find some with springs perches or you have to buy coil overs as well.
