whistling from inside the block?

my whistle is super loud but it doesnt always happen, and it seems to get louder towards under the upper intake manifold

aftermarket throttle bodys will make the intake whistle because of the increase in airflow, they cause the air to swirl at a faster rate creating a whistle noise. no fix.
