Default Valve spring recommendation

Im putting an F cam in a car what would be a good valve spring to run and do they sell a whole kit with valve springs with retainers and locks?.......and I know the f cam aint all that but its not going in my car so I don't wanna hear how the cams out dated already explained this to the kid.

By my new edition Ford performance catalog, the 'F' cam is only .512 lift. They do not make a recommendation as to what spring to use. I would think that a look at Summit racing.com should help you figure this out.........

..wrong they do, a-50 springs and b-50 rertainers are what he needs
