Default Heater Vent problem

When i turn on my blower for the heater i am only getting air flowing through the two middle vents. The two side vents do not blow any air from them. I can feel heat creaping through them but nothing is blowing out. Please Help
Thanks

most likely culprit is the hose fell off the casing.
or maybe the vent shutter is closed?

that or the dumb a** foam that they put in there from the factory is rotted and that is what caused them to become disconected
