clutch pilot bearing go on the crankshaft?
Yeah i just got a remanufactured crankshaft and i believe it's missing the "pilot bearing" ? i have had 2 other 5.0 mustangs that on the end of the crankshaft a bearing in it and this crankshaft didnt come with one..it looks like there is a spot for it but yeah i dont know ..would i be able to just buy a new pilot bearing and put it in so i could still use this crankshaft? any ideas would be helpful thanks

cranks dont come "with" pilot bearings. because auto's dont use them. so go to your local part store, and buy one. they are like.. $7 IIRC
