Roller Rockers

I have the 1.6 roller rockers and I dont know how to adjust them I just took them all off to check the pushrods and stuff but I dont know how to tighten the bolts and the alan key centers. HELP

i just installed crane 1.7 rocker arms on my car and i was told to tighten down the bolts to 20ft lbs. if that helps. i dont know what else you need to know its simple to do. maybe yours is different than mine. just thought i would let you know the torque specs. hope it helps
