fuel pump doesn't prime

fuel pump doesn't prime as a result car won't start. please help. any input is appreciated!

it is possible you have a bad fuel pump relay. try checking that out. its under the driver seat.

how do you know it doesnt' prime? did you check the fuel pressure?
