Can't get my dizzy back in?
After about a month of not touching my car I decided to restab the dizzy and I can't get it back in.
The oil pump driveshaft seems to be slightly leaning to the side and not letting the hex on the bottom of the dizzy to go down.
Is this normal or is the pump pushrod improperly installed? I know it has a rounded side and a non rounded side. Currently the rounded side is on the bottom(pump side). My buddy installed the rod as I have no experience taking apart bottom ends.
I had the dizzy stabbed and the car running before, but it was a tooth off so I was restabbing it. I have no idea why it will not go in this time.
Thanks.

it's normal to lean to one side, you 'll need a 1/4 deepwell socket and you'll have to turn the shaft a little bit so you can get it lined up right, it may take several tries until you get it just right
