clanking sound in rear left brake drum
I do not notice this sound when the doors are shut, but I noticed when I was trying to back the car around a pile of siding out of the garage and I pressed on the brakes. The shoes on it are probably 70%. Could this sound just be a normal, 5.0 being a pain in the ***, sound... I'm sure you guys know what I mean when I say that...

might be alot of axle endplay, mine does that, the cross pin in the diff is bad. jack up the back and push/pull the wheel see how much it moves in and out. it wont hurt anything, mine moves around .25in.

I had the same noise in an old Bronco. Turned out the trac-loc was shot. Put it up in the air and see if you can get both wheels to turn. If not you need to rebuild your dif.
