Default fouled plugs

I need help. I recently dropped a new motor in my 86 mustang gt. It was converted to mass air before the new motor went in, and it ran fine.
The new motor went in with Edelbrock heads and cam. 73mm C&L mass air meter. The fuel pressure regulator was set to 42 psi with no vaccum. My fuel pump is rated at110lph.

Here's my problem.... the spark plugs in cylinders 3,4,7,and 8 are fouling with too much fuel.

Ive checked my ignition and all seems ok. I dropped in a new MSD dizzy.

You never mentioned what injector size you were using, whether it is matched to the meter your running, how many cubic inches the motor is, cam specs..... Good info for others on the forum to know....
I'd start with the basics; check for codes. Odds are your ride is in "limp home mode"; also known as "dump as much fuel as possible to save the motor" mode. Odds are a code will pop up or two... or three... P.S. Where in California are you located?

It has a stock 302, with a matched 73 mm mass air flow meter to the stock 19lbs injectors. The cam is hydraulic roller tappet with duration @ 282/282. lift .498/.498. The heads are Edelbrock # edl-60329...60cc chamber,170cc intake. I have a 70mm throttle body bolted to a cobra intake.
I live in Bell Gardens,CA. The car runs as if nothing were wrong, when it warms up. The car pass the CA smog at a "TEST ONLY" .

Interesting.... Oh & by the way; I'm in Highland,Ca. What plugs are you running? If they are platinums; get rid of them now. Just run a standard set of Autolites IMHO.
It seems odd that only the rear most cylinders are fouling; they are the straightest runners in the intake. I'm thinking out loud here so bear with me.... Check for any vacuum leaks; if possible use a propane bottle with a hose on the end to check up under the intake & other hard to reach spots.

Thanks for the reply. I am running autolite plugs 3926. I've suspected a vacuum leak also, but was not successfully able to find one. Is there other ways to find the possible vacuum leak.
