Default 8.8 rear end rebuild advice

So I just baught a 8.8 inch rear from a v8 fox mustang for my 4 cylindar to 351 swap project. The rear was suppositly in good condition with 3.73 gears in it and was pulled from a daily driven car the day before i baught it. My plan was to not have to touch it and just bolt it in place on my mustang, however as it sits in my garage for a few days now I have noticed a decent amount of gear oil leaking out from where the driveshaft connects to the rear. I honestly dont know much about rebuilding rear ends and I'm asuming that its just a bad seal, but I would like advice as if this is a very easy fix or if I should just plan on a full rebuild if its leaking oil.

that would be your pinion seal leaking.its only a few dollars for the seal and takes just a few minuets to change.

thanks for the quick reply, before I order a pinion seal should I pick up anything else that should be replaced while I'm in there? Crush sleeve or bearings?
