Default Power Steering pump woes

any one ever experience an issue with your power steering pump pulley literally being crooked? i may be the first...

i keep blowing belts off my car under normal and hard driving. so i take a look and the pulley is thoroughly not alligned with the rest of the pulleys, so i take it apart try to reinstall it see if it makes a difference...

nope, i tried shimming it and still won't line up, so today (in the rain...yay) i take it out of the car and lay it next to an old pump i have laying around thats been outside for years so im assuming its no good lol and it seems like while comparing them that hte old pump the pulley is straight and the current pump the pulley is crooked?

that even possible?

If the shaft is bent then the pull would look like it wobbles when it spins. Did you take the pump off the bracket when you compared them?
