Default Timing is off!!!!

I am having problem with my timing. I did a efi conversion in my 64 1/2 mustang and im trying to get my timing right. From the sound of it right now i can tell that the timing is off a little but can anyone show many articles or pics, etc on how to fix the timing.

Here is a link to a video of how the car is sounding now...

Definitely sounds like either wrong firing order or a couple misfires. This may sound stupid but are you sure you're using the correct firing order; and are you sure you put your plug wires on in order Counter-Clockwise?

Well, first I would check your firing order and make sure you didn't cross a plug wire or too. It almost sounds like its got some exhaust leak too.

I will make sure to go over the firing order again. the motor was built for me, but i dropped the dizzy in myself. The exhaust leak sound is just that. i added long tube headers and to quiet the sound some in the area where the car is, the old exhaust system is attached with a few different things just for a quick fix until i can drive it to the exhaust shop and get my xpipe and magna flow mufflers put on. So yea i will go over my firing order again
