Default Dropped valve? Help

I'm thinking bout buying a pair of tfs twisted wedge heads that have a dropped valve on cylinder #5. How hard is it to fix somthing Like that?

for sure have them checked first, there might be a carck that you cant see. AS far as the dropped valve as long as they check out it should be an easy fix. Just make sure you get the the springs checked and new retainer if i was you
