Default Springs for e303 and gt40's

What valve springs should I look at when building a car with gt40 heads and an e303? I know a lot of people don't even change them but I'd rather do it right. And valvetrain is something I know little about.

Trickflow makes a pretty nice valve spring kit(tfs2500100) says its good for lift up to .542".

That is a nice kit. It includes everything you need to install them, even the height gauge. I will be getting my set at the first of the month.

Yeah I just saw that kit. Includes seals and everything. That's prolly what I'll go with.
