ttops leaking at door glass

ttops leaking at door glass
I replaced all the weatherstrippin on my car 85 ttop yet it still leaks on the passenger side between the door glass and the top. its leaks in the middle and to the rear of the window. My door sags slightly so im doing the pin kit but i think my window is crooked how do i fix it? is there a way to adjust its on the track or sumthing? when the window is fully up the back is lower then the front. thanks
