this is my first time digging into a rear end. I am putting in ford racing 4.10s and i already have the track-loc rebuild kit and bearing kit. Can anyone help me find a step by step diagram or video to help me more understand what i am doing and what i will need before I start taking it apart. anything will be helpful. thanks

I can't remember which magazine has an old article on this but it is either MM&FF or 5.0 Magazine. I'll see if I can find it. I found it thru one of the Tech sections on one of the forums

I hope you are at least mechanically inclined. You have to get the measurements just right so you don't hear any noise. Good luck.
