95 v6 to 5.0 carb swap. parts needed?

95 v6 to 5.0 carb swap. parts needed?
i did some research but ididnt really find a list of parts needed to complete the swap. i'm sure this has been covered many times but, like i said, i didnt find a satisfactory detail of the swap.
i have a 95 v6 5 spd and a 88 5.0 engine.
from what i learned.. all i need are.
sn-95 5.0 engine mounts..
i can resuse the cross member, the radiator..basically everything else.
am i right? i raced my own 96 accord w/a damn stock 2.2 ltr and a 5 spd w/ the friggen ac on and i got smoked. not very happy w/that :S
any help would be appreciated.
