Default Misfire #1 Cylinder!

I Have a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0. I have changed the cap and rotor, wires and plugs. I changed all 8 injectors, spark plugs and tested the compression on all cylinders. I cannot seem to find the problem with the #1 cylinder, any tips or suggestions will help...thanks!

I took it to the shop to have diagnostics done on it and they said it was the #1 cylinder!

yeah, idles a little rough and a little more so, when holding the brake in drive...while running, i pulled the #1 plug wire off the cap and and nothing changed, it should run rougher, if i pull the #1 wire off right, it stay the same.

try that with another cylinder and see if it changes.........if so then go back to no 1 and check for spark at the end of the plug wire with a spark tester, if it has such then check plug, if that's good, you said you did a compression test on that cylinder.....what was compression result??? also with a noid light make sure the inj on that cylinder is pulsing, if it does the wiring is good to inj

+1 pull the plug and check if its sparking and see if the plug is wet or dry make sure the injector pulse is alright and the injector is working, and do a compression test on that cyl. But if the shop diagnosed it as a dead miss ask them why they believe its missing see if theyve already covered that stuff. It will help us help you fix your problem
