so i have a nasty leake that i just cant get a handle on on my passanger side header. just put the headers on a month ago and have put maybe 70 miles on the car since. im trouble with my bolts backing out on me so i figured i would take evey bolt out one at a time and put lock tight on them put do you think i should but a set of copper header gaskets and if so, how can i be certain they will fit the headers i bought? thanks

I friend of mine had trouble with every gasket he tried on his super comps. He finally bought some kind of high dollar gasket material and cut them out himself. Worked good.

i'm going copper next time around because you can reuse them. i hate spending 15 dollars anytime you pull off your header. ya know?

you should get lockwire headers bolts.

When I did my Long tube install I used Percy's "seal-4-good" reuseable header gasket set and used Stage 8 header bolts. No problems at all and easy to install. I went to re-torque them this past weekend, click-click, didn't need it!!!!!!!
