Unhooked Ground Strap

Its on a 95 GT. The ground strap is going from the passenger side hood hinge to nothing. What does the other side go to? I was checking my fuel system and noticed it wasn't connected to anything. Must have been like that since I bought it.

Also if someone could tell me which power steering line is which that would be great. Is the pressure line on the side of the pump and the return on the back of the pump (a bit lower)

yes the pressure line is on the side of the pump and I believe the ground strap hooked to the hood somewhere???

I was going to say it looks like the same kind of stuff used for the hood as well.

Thanks for the replies guys. Ill try to find where it connects from the hinge to the hood. If I can't find where it connects, think it is safe to remove? Its not connected to anything electrical anyways.
