Default Pros and cons of a fuel cell for the street

I'm currently getting ready to upgrade my fuel system with 1/2 fuel line and electric fuel pump.
Since my fuel pickup need to be modified also, I was considering going with a fuel cell.
A 12 gal. fuel cell is about the same as a Granatelli pick up unit. My only other option is to do the fuel pick up mod like in the tech articles but that looks like it would be a pain.
No matter what I do, I'm going to have to drop the gas tank so that's why I thought of a fuel cell.
What would be best for a street/strip car, which seems to be slowly edging more and more towards a strip car.
I'm trying to walk that fine line between a street car and a strip car and it's not easy. The dark side is pulling me in!!

I would also like to see some pics of some of your fuel installations if possible.

keep the tank!!! fuel will cause you headaches with the hassle for the track safety and etc.

dropping the tank is very easy 2 13mm bolts i think it is

As NOS/408 said you will need to seal off the hatch area with I believe either 1/8 inch steel or 1/4 inch aluminum (check the NHRA rule book for the exact specs). Personaly I like a fuel cell in my street/strip cars (most of my cars have been more on the strip side) to me they make the fuel system easier to install and work on. If you do put one in make sure you do it right and get an NHRA rule book, they are very helpfull for info.
