Default what heads & cam

all i want to do is make 100 more horse power to get me around 290 what is a good idea for heads and cam ......

or do you know a better way to do it

Unless I'm missing something heads and cam alone won't get you 100 hp on an otherwise stock motor.

Budget is a major factor and an SC is another option.

Yeah, what's the budget and what are you planning to do with the car? If you just want to run it at the track and want 100hp or just want it when you need it, Adder is right, throw on some nitrous and call it a day. Cheapest route. If you want it for every day fun and excitement...then h/c/i is the way to go.

quite dooable with the properly chosen parts and supporting mods and throw in a custom tune and low 300's rwhp is easy

+1, i know i wont

if you want to stay n/a, i am partial to afr 165's and the tfs 1 cam. your going to need RR, hardened push rods, intake, tb and maf to compliment any good set of heads and cam
