Default rear end clutches ?

ive got a new set of clutches for the rear end,and i was wondering do you soak the friction disks in the friction modifier or do you soak them in gear oil and then add the modifier once the clutches are in and the diff is filled with gear oil.

Soak them in the friction modifier, install them, and add the remainder of the modifier in with the gear lube
