procomp heads are trash...

look around on craigslist or corral, used heads are always for sale there... seen some good deals, but I am in college, broke and just put together the front of my car again...

personally I wouldn't waste time with stock e7's, small valves, without the properly designed cam for such, power increase won't be felt

by time you fix up some gt40's you could buy a used set of betterheads.

porting my stock heads did almost nothing for my set up. My car dyno'ed at 230hp at the tires with the ported stock heads, full bolt ons, and full exhaust.

Your car may not 'fall on it's face' but TFS heads would pick you up about .70.
I'd just play it cool and save some more money and get a good set of heads.
Pro-Comps, I've heard, sort of suck. Cheap ***** crap........
