Default Spark Plugs

I looked up motorcraft spark plugs and it says for motors with gt-40 heads which i have to use AWSF42C plugs. But it says for the 93 Cobra to use AWSF32C. My set up is E cam, Gt-40 heads and intakes. Also 24lb injectors. I keep getting ash deposite on the ones from the stock setup. Thanks

show a pic of the plugs with ash deposit, some is normal due to the fuel additives in fuel nowadays, or if it is from oil, you may have a ring issue...how many miles on the engine??
