94-95 5.0 PCM/EEC/Chips
Ok...Not trying to start a war with these questions......just honest opinions, and moreso from guys that actually have or have had in the past.
We all know that the factory PCM/EEC in our SN95 5.0 is CRAP!
I am about to buy a Speedbrain used from a trustable source and in perfect working order cheap.
Regardless I am installing it.
I am a man of my word and said I would buy it, so I will.
Now.....
Moates Quarter Horse?
Motorvation?
AEM?
TwEECer?
all are comparibly priced.....but what are pros and cons?
Motorvation has a chip and a EEC/PCM replacement....is the chip crap?
I have heard some guys say that the Moates is crap at altitude.....Colorado and such, true?
Speedbrain is easy and was pretty cheap and had a real high cool factor....why they go belly up?
Thanks guys!
keep the shiny side up and the sticky side down!
Peace out.

He backed this up by saying that the tech support said that Colorado/Wyoming/Montana had the highest number of refunds/tech problems.
Of Course it could just simply point towards the lack of oxygen tends to inflate the amount of retards!
